And to the extent that the being recognizes himself, discovers himself, looks at… himself, with his attitudes, his thoughts, his gestures, his habits, to that extent he is able to contemplate the impact of his position in relation to the exterior, with respect to others.

Because, all too often, the being complains about other's response, and the other's response is a consequence of one's acting or being. If I recognise my positions, I am able to... "act" on them; at least recognising the repercussions they will have on the environment.

To "recognise oneself" is not an act... of destiny, according to which one recognises oneself to be cheerful, reflective, obsessive, and that's it: it is something untouchable.

No. In this recognition, each person can find -to a certain extent- the origin of this attitude. And, knowing it, he or she can interact internally on his or her position and, consequently, change the attitude.

Although it is true that, in general, as the saying goes: "It is easier to move a mountain than to change a person's character".

But why is this true to a certain extent? Because it is based on the assumption that it is unchangeable, that... "I am like this". Something static already established, rigid...

"And one day I was told not to sing, and I deduced that I don't know how to sing, but I haven't tried it". "And one day I was told not to write, and I stopped writing any reflections".

Interaction with the environment is "huge". And any kind of connection shows that it has an impact on the nature of our being. And if you're not vigilant, you end up paralysed and stuck in a position. On the one hand it's comfortable, of course, because "you know me... you know what I'm like"....

What a bore! And this is how 70-80-90-100 years will go by...? With the same obsessions, the same prejudices, the same anger...?

Yes. It is logical although less frequent that another saying also occurs: "I am tired of myself". It is not uncommon.

Certainly, each being, vehicle and equivalent of a function, has certain gifts, but those are developed, transformed and transfigured. We are not marked blocks!

Our own research shows us that -for example- the nucleus of the cell, which was untouchable, that nobody could enter there, the genome was pristine..., no, is not: it interacts with the cellular environment and with the epigenome -which now stands out as a fundamental element.

We are inter-osmotic structures with the environment, i.e. we... give and receive and exchange functions.

The Prayerful Call encourages us to recognise our natures, not to turn them into rigid positions, but to make them grow, adapt, develop and innovating...

Certainly, every day is not the same. First because it is not. And second, because I have changed... in a detail, in a gesture, in an opinion...!

And instead of thinking I have stopped being who I was, I have started being who I should be. "Instead of thinking I have stopped being who I was, I have started being who I should be”.

I can tell to myself, in the course of this recognition, that I am... being. That is to say, I am what I recognise myself to be, but... I will immediately be another small particularity.

To be a being of... innovations.

To be a being... who can be counted on... without restrictions.

I am... be.

Let it be an attitude of readiness to listen, to care, to humour...; to fidelity, to cultivation of wisdom... and in a permanent tendency towards goodness.

Let it be, let it be an expression of Love!... that knows how to show itself, to be intimate, to develop... without fear of repression.

I am... Be.

I am rigid, intransigent, incompetent for things I have been told and things I have deduced.

If I incorporate the I Am-Be, as a key of tonalities, a key of another level, which is not established, which is not recognised, which is being discovered every day...



The prayer we practice does not belong to any religion. We believe prayer can be a liberating and healing instrument. It is referenced in Creation and, without naming them, in the different Forces that animate us. Our belief that prayer is an essential element, led us to create a space dedicated exclusively to prayer: “The House of the Sound of Light” located in a farmhouse in the Basque Country, in the province of Vizcaya. There, prayer encounters and retreats are held.
